We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong customer focus for a AAA title. Quality Assurance Analyst will assist the studio with testing and test plan creation at That's No Moon. You will work in a highly collaborative, transparent culture that is safe, and values innovation, diversity, and work-life balance. You will collaborate with other disciplines to create test plans for features, tools, and workflows to ensure development of a high quality game.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings to inform the QA team for specific pillars of the game
• Regularly communicate with content creators, engineers, production, and QA leadership
• Build and execute test plans for features and workflows
• Write and maintain relevant documentation
• Assist in triaging JIRAs (and validating JIRAs created from outsource QA)
• Create JIRAs to address deficiencies in the quality of the game

Requirements & Skills:

• (Bonus) JIRA and Testmo or test case repository experience
• 3 Years of relevant Quality Assurance experience
• Shipped at least one game in a QA capacity.
• Experience developing test plans from project goals and executing them.
• (Bonus) Experience working with an outsource team.
• (Bonus) Unreal Engine experience.

• Excellent communication skills visually, verbally and written.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to understand and convey high level vision.
• Good conflict resolution abilities across the varied disciplines.

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S. TNM offers competitive and comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, supplemental life and disability, and more. Eligibility to participate in these benefits may vary for part-time or temporary employees. The estimated base pay range for this role is: $54,000 - $92,000
