Job Description

Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, directing and evaluating organizational performance improvement functions utilizing Care Transformation and Six Sigma, Lean and DIG methodologies. Works collaboratively with internal customers such as administrators, department managers, key staff members, physicians, families and patients in identifying opportunities for improvement. Responsible for maximizing performance improvement methodologies in an effort to drive strategic business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or health-related field required.

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum three years recent experience in performance improvement activities/methodologies.
  • Previous experience in healthcare preferred.

Other Special Training/Skills:

  • Working knowledge of principles of performance improvement, Lean Six Sigma and statistical data analysis.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills with the ability to promote positive professional working relationships.
  • Must possess advanced presentation, teaching and change management skills.
  • Must possess team management and leadership skills.
  • Must be motivated to gain results and continue the drive for success and improved outcomes.
