Perform incoming raw material, plant solution, in-process, and finished goods sample inspection for the functional groups Manufacturing, R&D, and Product Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine calibrations / calibrations checks to verify functionality of laboratory equipment
  • Testing and results reporting/validation, Raw materials, and Process Solutions
  • Testing and results reporting/validation, In-process samples
  • Perform routine and non- routine analyses on analytical equipment such as Gas Chromatography (GC), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Auto Titrator, FTIR, EDX- 7000, TOC analyzer and etc.
  • Maintain inventory laboratory supplies for all materials necessary to perform QC tests.
  • Testing and results reporting/validation, Finished goods samples
  • Complete all data entry requirements necessary to maintain systems integrity, including SAP.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous full-time working experience for at least one year in a chemical, analytical, or quality control laboratory is preferred.
  • Technical experience in Automated Chemistry systems, and PC data control preferred
  • BS in Chemistry preferred. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a science or technical field.
