Summary and Objective
The QA 135 Quality Assurance Records Inspector Administrator is responsible for ensuring all
maintenance paperwork for all aircraft, engines and APU are correct and accounted for. This
includes, inspections, maintenance, service bulletins, service letters, AD, parts paperwork, 337
and any other pertinent paperwork. Inspectors will insure RII and airworthiness releases have been
annotated. Will file paperwork per company doctrine.

- Review all completed inspection and maintenance paperwork turned in by maintenance control for
- Ensure all tracked inspections, maintenance and parts are tracking correctly updated in records
- Ensure electronic copy of completed work performed is attached to flight docs work
- Ensure all required Service Bulletins are being tracked in company computer tracking
- Ensure all AD are tracked in company computer tracking system by checking the FAA web
- Ensure all items in CH4 and 5 of airframe, engine, APU and all other component are being tracked
- For aircraft under CFR Part135.411(a)(2) ensure an airworthiness release is completed and RII
- Ensure the hard copy records are put in the correct aircraft binder and ensure all paperwork is
- Communicate with maintenance control and/or maintenance providers to get needed paperwork or
- Assist planners and ops in keeping flight times and cycle information correct on aircraft
- Being a self-starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative

Required education and experience
