The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quality assurance, preventative actions, analyzing results, and documentation. Job Details

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor other team members on quality assurance best practices
• Develop and implement preventative actions to address quality issues
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure that all documentation related to quality assurance is accurate and up-to-date
• Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Communicate quality issues to management and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance in the Manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
