1+ years of experience in customer or member support

Experience with Lessonly, Jira/Confluence, Jotform, and other quality assurance tools

Manage or assist with the management of equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance programs.

Participate in Management Review meetings.

Assist with ISO9000 certification and customer audits.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Assist the QA department for adherence to all laboratory procedures and policies, while performing oversight functions and reviews of laboratory operations

Review procedures, protocols and other technical documents.

Experienced in Excel, Word and other MS Office tools.

Write work instruction and procedures to understand as per requirement.

Experience in a residential setting, knowledgeable of processes and their hazards.

Ability to assist in managing the safety programs, including the Risk Management Plan (RMP).

Knowledgeable of American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards, OSHA regulations, and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) laws.

Assists with monitoring the medical surveillance program and ensure requirements are met.
