As a Principal Quality (Remote) at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve- A community's most vulnerable. Your role in our mission
- Define a Cost of Quality methodology to optimize delivery value; assess internal and external project successes, change requests and cost of change performance measures
- Apply the Playbook to each engagement and ensure the project plan includes sufficient quality management tasks, resources and schedule impact
- Conveys an expert-level knowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of PMBOK® guidelines and how they are applied at a PMO/project level
- Define and implement a Continuous Improvement process
- Experience developing best practice standards and supporting process documentation
- Guide, motivate, educate and train team members on playbook
- Implement a balanced Process Quality Audit process, including quality gates, lessons learned and other best practice activities
- Develop a Quality Management Playbook based on industry best practices
- Experience developing and executing project management assessments and remediation approaches
- Execute the playbook throughout the SDLC from initial project planning through implementation. Specific responsibilities include:
- Apply quality control metrics defined in the Playbook to each engagement, as appropriate.

- Experience driving quality initiatives across large project portfolio
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups
- PMP certification preferred
- Exudes credibility as a process quality subject matter expert
- Ability to quickly determine as-is and to-be, and help team align to best practices
- Excellent follow-thorough on tasks assignments
- Shares a passion for standards and defined processes
- Is a strategic thinker: Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture
- Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
- Exceptional facilitation and collaboration skills
What you should expect in this role
Remote- Virtual
The pay range for this position is $118,900.00 - $148,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
