The Laboratory Technicians composite and plate all ingredients, WIP, and finished product for bacterial testing. Laboratory Technicians are also responsible for pulling environmental samples, plating, and recording results in the computer. They will prepare/perform all sensory analysis of ingredients and finished goods, corporate sensory samples, and retain samples. The Laboratory Technicians are responsible for updating stock status for incoming raw materials based on test results. The Laboratory Technicians are responsible for coordinating his/her own work routine in order to complete all required duties. The Laboratory Technicians must keep the work area very clean to avoid contamination.

**This is a 2nd shift position: 4 pm-12 am

Pay $26.14/hr

$1000 sign on bonus after successful completion of 90 days
