Role: QA Specialist II

Location: Alameda, CA - 94502

Duration: 12+ Months on W2

Shift Timings: 8:00am to 5:00pm

100% Onsite role.

Skills Looking For

• They are not investigating the complaint and just making sure it is properly documented.
• They will receive the complaints from the customer (entered into a system called Luna) and they are responsible for reading the cases, understanding the flow reason of the complaint and the entirety of the complaint, and making sure the complaint is properly documented.
• Prior customer handling exp in a med device environment will be nice to have.
• Complaint handling role
• Need to have Quality med device exp.

Education and Experience:

• Will consider an associate's degree but MUST have at least 2 to 4 years of quality experience in medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 to 2 years of quality experience in medical devices.
• General exposure to quality systems is needed. - More than 4 yrs. of experience will be overqualified for this role.

Top 3 Skills:

• Ability to learn new things.
• Good understanding of systems: Excel, Word.
