This is a full time position with a hybrid work schedule in our San Mateo, CA office.
What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with development and product teams to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process
• Review business requirements and develop test plans, test cases, test estimations, and test execution reports
• Analyze test results and facilitate resolution of issues
• Iterate on existing testing processes and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Manage all communications related to QA status on a daily basis and report potential risks during all stages of development lifecycle
• Perform functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress and performance testing

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of software testing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree required
• Knowledge of JIRA, Unix, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, source control, and mobile device development is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive and collaborative
• Scripting or programming experience is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and on a wide variety of teams
• Passion for making bullet-proof applications and improving education through technology

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $85,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
