Duties and Responsibilities

• Specialist must ensure consistent grammatical and factual accuracy, fairness, and good taste in our verbal communication
• Own community management by responding to comments & actively engaging with customers & influencers posts.
• Specialist will write clever, on-brand social media captions
• Specialist will write daily push notifications and quickly implement feedback
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic & customer engagement metrics.
• Specialist must be able to translate the marketing promotional calendar into powerful copy, in support of overall brand goals and marketing strategy
• Specialist will write a high volume of weekly marketing content pieces with the potential for multiple revision rounds
• Create & Execute our customer's content calendar across all existing social media channels & manage postings.
• Specialist must uphold brand voice guidelines in all communications, and consistently deliver thoughtful and compelling copy that's true to our brand DNA
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Specialist must have the ability to work with and meet hard deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Work with internal teams to create the assets for their social media and marketing channels on-time & to the highest quality.
