Public Relations Associate Jobs

As a Public Relations Associate, you are expected to drive sales most efficiently. Your job duties will be to sell products and services offered by the company. You are responsible to assist the customers in providing accurate product knowledge and answering their questions as needed.

Public Relations Associate Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the buying process to drive sales.
• Answer all the queries the customers have regarding the products and services.
• Handle inventory levels and restock them as and when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and set organizational goals.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction to increase sales.
• Greet customers and provide information on the products and services.
• Manage customer complaints in an accurate and timely manner.
• Suggest ways and devise strategies to improve sales in an effective manner.
• Get involved and plan out promotional activities.
• Manage and supervise the return process of any merchandise.
• Work in collaboration with other Sales Representatives.
• Maintain the cash register and other financial records.
• Adhere to compliance in regard to the store functionality and appearance.

You should possess excellent customer service and extraordinary interpersonal skills. Prior experience working as a Public Relations Associate will be an advantage. You should have amazing verbal and written communication and phenomenal sales skills.
