Proposal Coordinator Jobs

Our client, a leading facility services company, is in need of a Proposal Coordinator to help the sales team create content for each RFI and RFP response. This is a remote long-term freelance assignment.

In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to develop RFPs, RFIs, document production, presentations and other bid content.

Required:

• Fully proficient in Adobe applications and tools
• 1-3 years of direct proposal and RFP experience preferred, but not required. The team is open to training the right candidate
• 2 years of editing or writing experience required. A writing portfolio with persuasive copy is required.
• Project management skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Salesforce knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

This is a 40 hour a week, 100% remote, freelance opportunity.
