Summary:

RTL Networks seeks an experienced CMS Project Quality Director to lead our Quality Assurance efforts in CMS-related projects. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of Quality Assurance experience, showcasing analytical and creative thinking to meet customer standards. A strong ability to design, implement, and improve quality standards across an organization is crucial for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate expectations to team members, provide coaching, and implement corrective action as necessary.
• Review and align processes with current trends, devising solutions and corresponding metrics.
• Lead Quality Assurance within the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CMS standards are met and exceeded.
• Analyze data and formulate strategies to enhance productivity.
• Establish and uphold quality standards in accordance with CMS requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design, implement, and improve quality standards.
• Proven track record of analyzing data and formulating productivity-enhancement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Ability to review processes and ensure alignment with current trends.
