Junior Project Manager Jobs

We are partnered with a Texas based developer who specialize in hotels, resorts, golf courses and multi-use land developments. They are looking to grow their team in San Antonio, TX with a Junior Project Manager. The role will include day-to-day management of the planning, budgeting, scheduling, design and renovation of a $40M Crystal Lagoon project in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full renovation process
• Assist Asset Manager with Annual Capital Expense Budget
• Develop comprehensive project schedules
• Manage communications with contractors
• Manage and coordinate the design process for all renovations
• Assist Asset Manager with studies for future renovation projects
• Develop strong working relationships with each Hotel Executive Committee

Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S.in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience
• 2+ years construction experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft products

Compensation:

• Flexible working - 1 day from home per week
• $90,000 - $115,000 base salary
