Project Manager/ Program Manager

Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Manager/ Program Manager to join their team. This PM will be responsible for working on a new service offering through an existing product, including the creation of new featured services, their launch in the United States and international marketplaces, and the promotion of product offerings through various channels. This Program involves working with multiple domain and international teams in order to educate them on the product offering and how the PM can help them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• The PM will be managing one program and be working with tech products and services for approval or for clarifying questions, but the role does not require coding skills.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Analyze incoming featured service requests, ask clarifying questions from the requestor, create featured services using SOP, launch those in the US and internationally, plan around new service promotions, and report the daily progress to the reporting manager.
• Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of the project/program.
• Leads and directs the work of others.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
