Position Summary:

We are a leading equipment rental business seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, and possess expertise in system architecture, APIs, SaaS models, and some experience with data science and business intelligence. Additionally, a deep understanding of general business operations is essential.

In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of critical business processes and systems, including project management software, data management platforms, and equipment rental software. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure these systems are well planned and executed.

This is an onsite, full-time exempt position with comprehensive benefits at our Corporate headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, and resources effectively
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, including system architecture, APIs, and SaaS models
• Work closely with technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned and executed
• Plan, manage, and execute technology projects from conception to completion
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new technology and processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Train team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes

Requirements:

• Prior exposure to the equipment rental business is beneficial
• Experienced in presenting information to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds
• Proficient in managing numerous projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and organization
• Some experience with business intelligence tools
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, APIs, and SaaS models
• Experienced in applying change management principles to achieve successful outcomes
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong technical background and a strong understanding of general business operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational competencies
• Some experience working with Python programming language
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel
