Key Skills Required:

• Lead administrator and POC for project management tool, Workfront
• Help define process, schedule, and design/copy allocation on digital, print, email, and event projects
• Manage communications, project plans, reports, status updates, meeting notes, proof approvals, and revisions
• Develop and deliver monthly reporting to VP and team Directors
• Capacity Management: prioritize to maximize productivity and manage workforce to ensure adequate resources to ensure on-time completion
• Manage and lead weekly team status meetings
• Run point on production phase of deliverables
• Set reviews/meetings; take and share notes
• Analytical Skills: must be able to problem-solve schedule issues that may arise during a typical workday and lead decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
• Set/manage expectations with internal stakeholders and Group partners; gather necessary approvals
• Time Management & Multi-tasking: work with teams on multiple, concurrent projects and deliverables
• Leadership: key to cross-functional communication and collaboration among functional areas within CCS

Requirement

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A deep understanding and working knowledge of Workfront is required
• Extreme attention to detail

• Experience in an agency/project management role

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience managing digital, print, video and event graphics projects
