Job Description
Westward360 is seeking a qualified Project Manager/Estimator to join its maintenance team. Westward360 is a full service property management company that also specializes in maintenance, general contracting, and realty. The Project Manager would be responsible for overseeing a staff of maintenance technicians across multiple trade areas, managing not only small day-to-day jobs to ensure quality control but also large scale projects.


As a project manager, you will be responsible for;


  • Be primary estimator for all maintenance work, including visiting job site to develop scope of work, pricing, and facilitate estimate approval with client
  • Ensure technicians are set up for success by sourcing material if needed, distributing keys for access, and in general know what to expect on the job
  • Provide direction on job site, and train technicians to further develop their skillset
  • Inventory equipment, tools, and supplies on a regular basis and organize. Coordinate bulk purchasing of materials as needed
  • Be primary point of contact and have regular onsite presence on large scale projects and ensure they stay on schedule and on budget - document and issue change orders as needed
  • Audit time cards and payroll tracking
  • Reconcile purchased materials against materials billed out, ensuring all equipment is billed for
  • Regular job site visits (roughly 50% of the day in the field, 50% in office) to ensure technicians are on task and performing repairs in a workmanlike manner - hold technicians accountable to company standards and expectations
  • Reviewing daily maintenance schedule and make adjustments as needed


Qualifications


  • Ability to manage people and communicate effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent, minimum 2-year degree
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the US
  • 5+ years managing maintenance or construction-related teams
  • Trade certification or diploma preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of construction and trade areas
  • Cell phone (stipend provided)
  • 2+ years of experience estimating construction-related projects
  • Experience with maintenance scheduling applications
  • GSuite proficiency


Salary - $70k+/yr, depending upon experience - with opportunity for the incentive structure
