YOUR ROLE

• Lead 3-5 capital projects (at any time) in the plant, with each project being <$1 million in capex
• Be accountable for end-to-end project execution - ideation to start-up
• An individual contributor role, who will be partnering with key stakeholders within the plant and in corporate for an 8-month contracted period
• Reports to Director of Engineering for the plant

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in some of these areas preferred - raw material handling, blending, filling, packing, utilities & facilities
• More than 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in consumer goods, food, chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, e.g., chemical, mechanical, electrical or another relevant field
• Understanding of various aspects & tools of project management – scope, budget, schedule, gate reviews, asset management and capitalization.

The salary range for this role is $80/hr to $95/hr. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
