Operations & Project Management Internship (Remote)

We’re looking for an intern to join our kitting team to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting a growing agency! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an innovative experiential event agency that specializes in creating unforgettable brand experiences. You would play an integral support role in our kitting team, with involvement in production and account in a blend of tasks including reporting, product sourcing, deck building, and overall kitting operations.
Projects you’ll get to be a part of:

• Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the kitting team's operations
• Assist with product sourcing efforts, researching and identifying potential items for kits
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation for kit concepts and designs
• Contribute to the reporting process
• Assist with the production of custom gifting kits
• Aid in the creation and refinement of decks and proposals
• Contribute to the production process
• Collaborate with the Account team

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in event planning, production, or marketing is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in G-Suite
• Available from September - December
• Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Design, Logistics, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Willingness to learn and jump in on a wide variety of tasks

This internship is designed for individuals seeking school credit as part of their educational program.
The position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
