Project Executive Jobs

National Multi-Family Owner/Developer/Builder currently seeking a Project Executive. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction and will be responsible for all projects throughout this market. Will only consider candidates who have extensive multifamily experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with the Construction Team in interacting with subcontractors
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule
• Complete oversight of the Construction Team
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Partner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals
• Responsible for daily interaction between Construction Team and Development Team

Qualifications include:

• Stick frame construction experience required.
• Podium project experience preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction required.
• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Wrap project experience preferred.
