About Our Client
Our client is a national healthcare company that provides program management, planning, design, and construction services. This client was established over 30 years ago and they continue to grow over the years. They have established relationships with multiple healthcare systems and a secure pipeline taking them through 2025.

The Project Director will be expected to serve all existing client's needs as it pertains to their projects in preconstruction, construction and warranty. The Project Director will also maintain staffing levels on all projects and lead all training's and mentoring of our project teams and field staff. Additionally, they will contribute to client service and business development relationship for existing and new clients.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Director will:
  • OSHA certified
  • Healthcare construction experience
  • 10 + years of experience
  • B.S. Degree in either architecture, civil engineering or construction management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (excel and outlook), MS Project and Procore
  • Experience with CMAR and or Design Build
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Detailed understanding in project scheduling
  • Leadership experience
  • ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC) or equivalent. ASHE Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) is preferred
