Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator/Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects to ensure their successful completion. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to develop project plans and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are met.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review and interpret blueprints, work orders, and take-offs to understand project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and take-offs.
• Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools to track project progress and manage resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
