Project Coordinator


- 6 Month Contract

- Fully Remote

- MUST live in the US & must be a US Citizen/Green card

Responsible for managing different initiatives & projects that vary in size with potential for high risk and spend. The types of projects an IT Associate Project Manager can expect will vary from Acquisitions to Business-as-Usual Projects. The associate will use various tools to manage projects such as Service NOW, Project and Visio. The IT Associate Project Manager will be held responsible for the timely completion and the quality of the work produced.


Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects
  • Maintain project documentation and communication throughout he project
  • Assist project managers and stakeholders referencing status of project.
  • Ensure that the project team members are aware of project milestones and deliverable
  • Manage appropriate levels of risk and budget reporting and tracking
  • Ensure that the appropriate processes and standards are adhered to
  • Manage the scope of the projects
  • Resolve any issue that may hinder project success
  • Work with other peer teams on executing milestones for projects
  • Execute/implement the appropriate communications plan

Other:

Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service

Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures

Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Good leadership and management skills
  • Strong PC skills; experience with Service NOW, Project Web version
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with Stakeholders regarding projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess good, general business and technical knowledge
  • Facilitation—able to work within a group/team environment
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proactive approach on the job
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of associates


Qualifications:

High proficiency with Office Software

Familiar with Project software

  • Ability to handle large volume of projects with different complexities
