Job Description

Praxis Architecture, a Wynwood-based leading design firm in luxury residential projects seeks intermediate-level Project Architect.


Ideal position for a team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. In-depth working experience in AutoCAD (Desktop) construction documents is required. Sketch-up and rendering experience are a plus.

This is a full-time position. The Project Architect will be responsible for Design Development drawings, 3d sketch-up design, Construction documents, Project management tasks, Structural/MEP integration/coordination, permit process and Construction administration follow-up.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in architecture and project management
  • Experience with AutoCAD required. SketchUp and Lumion a plus
  • Experience in Luxury residential projects in the following municipalities is a plus: Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, City of Miami.
