Job Description

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Take charge of driving large, complex, cross-functional programs by ensuring coordination and collaboration among shared resources, common activities, and dependencies across the project portfolio.

- Establish and implement standardized processes, templates, tools, and metrics that promote transparent project management and reporting.

- Develop program governance processes that facilitate timely decision-making, efficient issue escalation, and effective resolution.

- Identify, monitor, and mitigate program and project risks while assessing their impact on the overall program.

- Lead and facilitate program and project planning sessions to define objectives, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Create and maintain high-level milestone and resource plans using current program status, pipeline information, historical data, and other relevant sources.

- Identify and manage dependencies between resources and projects to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and desired program outcomes.

- Oversee and drive projects and activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resources, scope, deliverables, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, vendor relationships, and communications.

- Provide management, coaching, and development support to other project managers within the team.

What's required?

- Technology project and program management experience

- Proficient in creating and executing project plans

- Proactive in managing risks and issues

- Maintaining compliance with project management processes

- Attention to detail and ability to independently maintain project documentation

- Strong follow-up skills on open actions

- Experience leading teams and handling multi-site projects

- Effective communication skills with high-level executives

- Familiarity with hardware infrastructure experience
