- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Manage and track offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation, offer acceptance/declines, in addition to all negotiations partnering with relevant business and People & Culture (P&C) partners.
- Serve as a People & Culture (P&C) leader and ambassador for the organization. Support and attend corporate and client events, job/career fairs, happy hours, philanthropic events, and more to build relationships with employees, hiring managers, and senior leaders as well as candidates.
- May support offboarding activities for employees, including exit survey and interviews to gain insight to employee experience.
- Partners with People & Culture (P&C) management to develop and maintain company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage communication and relationships with candidates, business leaders, and hiring managers from initial inquiry through onboarding.
- Manage all phases of the recruiting process to meet organizational needs including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Assists in developing talent acquisition strategies and approaches in partnership with business leaders.
- May partner with managers to resolve employee performance issues. Provides guidance to employees and management concerning the assessment and interpretation of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with business partners and others on the Talent Acquisition team on a variety of People and Culture (P&C) initiatives and programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends, and requirements.
- May conduct 30/60/90-day survey and follow up interviews with new hires. Works with leaders to strategize opportunities for improvement.
- Accountable to delivering talent and owning recruitment process to enhance TA metrics, resulting in minimizing overall time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Reviews, modifies, and maintains policies and practices for continued compliance.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage and track requisition and candidate process flow and relevant information in the Applicant Tracking System while maintaining data integrity.
- Critical-thinking skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Possess a passion for people and collaborating with others.
- Travel Required 10% travel required (to client and corporate destinations such as San Diego, CA, Hawthorne, NV, Oahu, HI, and beyond!).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Experience configuring and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience training new and existing users on functionality and updates.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Possess a high emotional intelligence (EQ) to include skills in self-awareness and listening, self-management and adaptability, social awareness and empathy, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and owning the full-cycle recruiting process.
- At least three (3) years of experience working in talent acquisition or providing related recruitment and sales support in a government services support environment (DoD highly desired).
- Experience delivering and briefing industry-standard metrics and reports to stakeholders (Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, etc.).
- ICIMS Applicant Tracking System experience is highly desired.
- Human Resources or Talent Acquisition certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SC, etc.).
- Industry-relevant (DoD) and/or U.S. Navy organizational or system/application knowledge is highly desired.
