What To Expect
Tesla, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the Service Campaigns & Compliance team to develop best-in-class processes and systems supporting Global Service Operations with service campaign execution, policy enhancement/enforcement, and regulatory reporting.
In this role, you will work with some of the brightest minds across Tesla to continuously improve on vehicle reliability, service operations, and most importantly, customer satisfaction. The Service Campaigns and Compliance Sr. Program Manager will be integral to scale this team’s ability to support Tesla Service with its rapidly expanding customer fleet, current and upcoming manufacturing plants, and new product launches.
This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal. To excel, the candidate will need to be able to dive into details while keeping the “big picture” in mind to make meaningful impact to Tesla and for our customers.

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. What You’ll Do
- Work closely with vehicle production, quality engineering, supply chain, corporate communication, and field operation teams to ensure seamless execution of campaign activities
- Gather key information from cross-functional stakeholder teams to make informed business-critical decisions and engage supporting teams effectively to meet campaign objectives
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities to scale this team’s ability to support Tesla Service as it continually evolves to meet current and future business needs
- Expertly manage multiple, concurrent service campaigns to bring hardware/software improvements from engineering to customer vehicles through Tesla Service
- Collaborate with teams across Tesla, including engineering, product management, software development, and field service teams, to successfully implement improvement opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Acute attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations or 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced company in the technology or automotive space
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment
- Comfortable working with and presenting to senior/executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline, Master’s degree a plus
- Willingness to work on multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Possess intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn, adapt, and synthesize information quickly
- Proficient with using software/programming languages such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc. to analyze data, gather insights, and develop creative solutions for complex problems
