Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management, including leading teams in these environments.
  • 7 years of experience managing execution and product delivery for US Federal programs.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to work separately on behalf of customers with minimal guidance, cross-functional teams across Google to deliver on public sector engagement.
  • Certification in Program Management Professional (PMP).
  • Excellent team oriented leadership and organization skills.
  • Experience co-creating and ensuring delivery against Cloud roadmaps with customers and/or vendors.
  • Experience with public sector organizations delivering cloud enabled transformation within the context of unclassified and classified infrastructures.
About The Job
As a Program Manager on the US Federal team, supporting the US Courts, you will use your expertise in successful delivery of US Federal programs to manage such programs at Google. You’ll work both with Google’s external clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure program delivery on time and on budget. Additionally, you will have an operations role, to include agreements, invoicing, purchasing, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the projects are successful.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Drive technical team deliverables and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with partners, contractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage contractual deliverables and partner responsibilities.
  • Develop and drive completion of project milestones and project roadmaps.
  • Identify and advise on program risk, compliance, and timeline.
