Business Development Representative – Public Sector Jobs

Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management, including leading teams in these environments.

Certification in Program Management Professional (PMP).

Manage contractual deliverables and partner responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience managing execution and product delivery for US Federal programs.

Experience with public sector organizations delivering cloud enabled transformation within the context of unclassified and classified infrastructures.

10 years of leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.

Minimum requirements for this role:

Develop and refine the overall Public Sector partnership strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential Public Sector partners, industry influencers, and internal teams.

Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure Public Sector partnership goals, objectives, and growth targets align with the organization's vision.

Lead negotiation efforts with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.

1-4 years of business development experience in Enterprise Software and a background in construction project management software.

Confidence in presenting technology solutions to solve business problems with executives and senior management

Experience working with the Public Sector

Cold calling experience and ability to break into large, enterprise targets

Highly self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and web conferencing tools.
