Job Duties And Responsibilities


We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Channel Expansion Program Manager for Lifecycle Operations to support channel expansion operations and programs. You will be focused on owning product planning throughout the product's lifecycle, including driving operational efficiency, developing strategic capabilities, and growing sales & distribution. Partnering with internal shared services, you will manage profitability across the end-to-end lifecycle and improve the customer experience at each touchpoint. You will benefit from leadership & coaching towards both professional and personal development, becoming a part of the leading edge team driving expansive DISH Wireless growth.


A successful Channel Expansion Program Manager will work cross-functionally, leveraging organizational resources to maximize operational effectiveness and achieve critical growth goals. In this role, you will:


  • Collaborate with internal teams to create aligned approaches across lifecycle touchpoints for consistency in customer experience
  • Work with business stakeholders to review current state of the business and identify future opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze product lifecycle performance and build cost effective strategies for improvement
  • Engage with and utilize post launch analysis, troubleshoot errors, and deliver required enhancements
  • Provide reporting, visibility and feedback to Channel Expansion leadership to ensure alignment with company strategy, accountable for sharing program and operational achievements, issues, and concerns
  • Own the planning of profitable products & services unique to Channel Expansion growth efforts


Skills, Experience And Requirements


This position will report into Channel Expansion Operations and play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company. You will have the opportunity to lend your vision to how the company engages, collaborates, and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford you the oversight and influence into many aspects of the business. Ideal Channel Expansion Program Manager candidates have:


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in retail wireless)
  • 3+ years of retail wireless and/or telecommunications operations experience preferred
  • Excellent facilitation skills, strong follow-through abilities, and strong ownership of initiatives and issues
  • 2+ years of product or lifecycle operations management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, Access, and Google (G-Suite) equivalence


Salary Range


Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
