Job Description


Position: Program Manager, Customer Onboarding


Job Summary


When new customers choose Quiet Platforms or existing customers expand, the Program Manager, Customer Onboarding owns the handoff between Sales and Operations by managing the end to end onboarding experience. They partner cross functionally with Sales to understand the purchased solutions, Technology to enable any applicable system configurations, and Operations to prepare to fulfill the customer’s orders.


Responsibilities


  • Act as single point of contact for all onboarding activities to both external and internal customers
  • Responsible for weekly reporting on overall onboarding project statuses
  • Ensure that project timeline and budget are being met
  • Build and manage multiple project plans and timelines
  • Lead post-mortem internal and external reviews, document key learnings and areas of improvement, and drive implementation of improvements
  • Identify ways to make process more efficient and tailored to customer needs for future onboardings
  • Lead issue resolution during project including escalations when needed
  • Build out onboarding templates and process flow within Asana
  • Own end to end onboarding process for new customers as well as existing customer facility moves and new feature / service / capability launches


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, and problem-solve in fast paced environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong experience managing projects of varying scope and complexity
  • Experience with lean/six-sigma principles preferred


Pay/Benefits Information


  • Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
