Salary $130,000 - $165,000 per year

We are a US and internationally-based company that is a leader in the defense aviation and aerospace industry. Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and performance, and report on status to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans as necessary.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure that they are communicated to all stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including AS9100, DOD, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer needs are met and that communication is clear and effective.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood.

Job Details

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management in the military, defense, or weapon industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Active Secret clearance or Top Secret clearance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience with AS9100, DOD, and other regulatory requirements.
