Program Manager Iv Jobs

The main function of a program manager for this role is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities within privacy-themed engineering projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating a virtual team of engineers that are aligned towards the execution of privacy work
• Ensure that privacy tasks assigned to engineering teams are closed in a timely manner
• Assist with the intake of new privacy work and clarifying requirements and scope
• Following up with task owners on how to close these tasks
• Regular reporting on the progress of privacy tasks, and call out any hotspots for leadership escalation or recognition.
• Checking dashboards for task closure and progress
• Identifying common themes between blockers and how to figure out how to close these in an efficient way.
• Continue driving awareness and maturity for the Privacy Wave program across the organization.
• Checking in overdue tasks

Qualifications

• Autonomous Strong project management ability- understanding and keeping track of projects and timeframes, day to day execution.
• Process improvement ability, noticing issues with current project
• Strong communication/reporting skills to report back to leadership
