Experience with Banner, Slate, Concur, Qualtrics, 25 Live, Crimson Connect would be a plus

2 years of relevant administrative and customer service experience

5+ years of program management experience, preferably at a brand heavy technology company

Provide project management leadership, clear communication and support on key initiatives across marketing

Experience creating winning end-to-end project plans and GTM strategies

Experience working closely with creative, brand, marketing, and engineering teams

Experience managing OKR planning, strategic planning, and roadmapping

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into easily understood concepts

3+ years of program or project management experience

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Leverage key business and experience metrics and partner feedback to design the overall Delivery Associate In-App listening strategy.

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Consulting and/or project management experience preferred.

Apply change, risk, and resource management principles when needed.

PMP from the Project Management Institute required.

Lead, manage and track improvement initiatives and program-related projects.

Coordinate with program managers and other stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans. This includes deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols.

5 years of related experience preferred.

Follow all activity policies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.

Complete at a satisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.

Participate in all HSE related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.

Report any condition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.
