DIRECTOR, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Seeking a dynamic and highly experienced and motivated Program Director to join a global healthcare technology leader. This new hire would need to wear multiple hats in order to run with multiple programs. This role would be the core team leader for a cross functional R&D team driving program deliverables. If you are highly strategic and have the ability and drive to master execution from feasibility to commercialization in product development, then you’d do very well in this role. Will work closely with the team and stakeholders on strategies to drive successful executions for their programs and robust portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery and timeliness of Programs/Projects/Features under their purview.
• Work with and support management with strategies on programs.
• Oversees all program management activities and ensures strategy, support, implementation, and execution of medical devices per company plans and timelines, and within budget for their multiple device programs.
• Drive cross-functional, strategy development, program planning, and execution.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of industry experience in a medical device setting.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 7 years of Program Management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary development teams across all stages of product development within the medical device industry.
• Must have direct medical device development experience.
• Broad knowledge of the product development process
