The Program Director is responsible the overall program and administrative oversight and monitoring of clients at the assigned location. Ensures all services are consistent with the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana, and meet contract, funding and/or accreditation requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate program records to meet agency, funding, and billing standards.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in residential operations. Will consider candidates with five (5) to seven (7) years of transferable supervisory experience. The position requires demonstrated ability in staff training, supervision, leadership skills, and oral and written communication. Core character qualities needed are dependability, integrity and fairness.
