A global organisation working with many of the fortune 500 business across, technology, retail, CPG, Logistics, Financial Services and hospitality are looking for a Program Director to join their team.

The company focuses on helping their clients achieve new levels of performance while adding new digital business capabilities.

You will need 15years + of strong Retail/Supply Chain/Marketing or CPG experience with strong portfolio management experience aligning and execute on the department Goal, objective and KPIs.

A great opportunity to join a large programme of their building the proposal and SOW. We’re really looking for someone with a wealth of experience and a drive to be part of large program of work.

You will need:

· 15+ years overall experience

· Rate promotion management

· Experience speaking with stakeholders and end customers

· Certified in scrum methodologies

· Experience running successfully programs

· Portfolio management experience

· Experience building proposals and SOWs

· End to end Delivery management with good attitude.

· Process and Operation excellence and bring discipline to delivery

· Expert in Proposal , estimation, customer interactions and communications

· Budgeting , Margin optimization, delivery governance and escalation management.

· Strong in Customer communications and leading and chairing the steerco meeting.
