Program Coordinator, Site Development (Hybrid)

Voltera’s mission is to move the world closer to a zero-emissions future through tackling the toughest challenges associated with EV charging infrastructure. We site, build, and operate EV charging depots for commercial fleets across sectors ranging from delivery and distribution to autonomous vehicles and ride hailing. We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support the Site Development team, which falls within the larger Real Estate, Development, and Construction team. The Voltera Site Development team leads projects thru initial site identification, due diligence, and schematic design, and this role will be critical to ensuring project consistency and efficiency as Voltera executes projects across the country. This role will report directly to the Senior Program Manager of Site Development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure Voltera project processes are being followed by internal team members and vendor partners
• Support site development team with general problem solving tasks
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• Development of training materials and onboarding of new team members
• Own and maintain project management processes and systems integration supporting Voltera site development, with an eye toward constant improvement and efficiency gains
• Cross-functional work with Voltera team members and vendors on process integration and improvements
• Develop and maintain internal and external project reporting
• Presentation of portfolio-level metrics & reporting to Voltera executives and customers

MUST-HAVE:

• Ability to travel 10-25% as required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-6+ years’ experience within an owner PMO or in a project consulting role supporting infrastructure projects

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience with electrical utility and local permitting processes
• PMP Certification
• Procore experience
• Microsoft Project experience
• Executive and customer-facing experience

LOCATION:

• Washington D.C. area (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office)

Compensation ($85,000 to $110,000): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary and competitive benefits.
