The Opportunity
The candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
This role will work multi-functionally with engineering and operations teams to drive positive outcomes for our business partners.
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for handling integrations with internal systems, as well as developing and deploying enterprise business solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position will also include Jira integration and development efforts.
Role and Responsibilities
Interact with platform customers and translate their business requirements into useful development tasks.
Customization inside of ServiceNow to build the tables, views, dashboards and workflows associated with those features.
Serve as key ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing using standard methodologies as pertains to workflows, integration, configuration, customization, orchestration, access controls, etc.
Development of client specific reporting and dashboards
Knowledge of DevSecOps, Experience working with and building Continuous Integration projects
Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, etc.)
Providing ServiceNow configuration assistance including, but not limited to: data imports and software integrations
Develop UI forms, fields, notifications and workflows
Maintain JavaScript server/client code- Analyze customer requirements, function requirements and design comprehensive test suites
Interact with complementary teams for integration work
Responsible for assisting current Architect in implementing out of box ServiceNow applications (including ‘last mile’ configurations) specifically Event Notifications/Alerting
Familiarity with crafting new and supporting existing integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems (SOAP/REST API, Web Services, XML parsing, etc.)
Experience
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and desire to continue learning
5+ years of solution design and deployment work in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with monitoring/alerting tools such as – New Relic, Nagios, Splunk, Prometheus, PagerDuty or Ops Genie is a plus.
Experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Jira, Slack and PagerDuty is a plus.
Expert technical background and customer orientation
Specific experience in Application Performance Management (APM) concepts is a plus.
Development experience in one or more of the following languages – Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python
Experience implementing and supporting solutions built on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,300 -- $210,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
