Job Details


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Environmental Analyst to join our team in the energy industry. As a Permanent Environmental Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance. You will be responsible for permit applications and air quality permits, as well as reporting for Title V facilities. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS,


NSPS, and oil and gas compliance


  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain environmental compliance plans and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance staff
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance
  • Prepare and submit permit applications and air quality permits
  • Develop and implement environmental training programs
  • Conduct environmental assessments and audits
  • Investigate and report incidents and accidents


Qualifications


  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental compliance in the energy industry
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental management software
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with permit applications and air quality permits
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
