Responsibilities

In sales, you are…

• Actively pursuing lead opportunities given by management.
• Keeping pace with customers, balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.
• Engaging with customers at the register, offering product information and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
• Working with your team and Having FUN!
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Discovering who your customer is and working to ensure the best possible product for their each specific need and want.
• Educating customers on the features and benefits of Pools and Spas

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent and previous sales experience, with a proven great track record.

2. Ability to learn and share knowledge about pools, spas and other products including features, benefits, and installation requirements.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Knowledge of basic computer programs.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
