Position: Professional Member of Technical Staff

Job Location: 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

AT&T Services, Inc. is looking for a Professional Member of Technical Staff in 208 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to support architecture, design, and technology introduction of IMS and Mulit-Media Messaging Service (MMS) Applications. Support technology evolution between different hardware and software upgrade and support migration to new generation of technology. Support platform capacity growth and ensure integration and connectivity design. Work with vendors to define features, manage roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of release. Lead, certification testing to define test scope, test cases, manage reports, and resolve issues. Manage certification environments maintain configuration, and document best practices for platform. Provide Tier 4 support for application platforms, post production care, and assist with troubleshooting of production issues. Work with cross functional teams, project management, technology planning, engineering operations, and other partner organizations to ensure successful delivery of all software and features. Ensure all security requirements are met and maintained. Design and develop work in new products, technologies systems and platform architecture. Complete hardware and software development engineering, technical security and QA design, and certification. Work with new and emerging technologies and technical architectures such as public cloud based networks on projects with a status between inception and implementation and software maturity. Complete continuous integration and continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering, and development. Use Python and Ansible programming languages and utilize Splunk database analysis toolsets. Work with key wireless industry messaging interface protocols MM1, MM3, MM4, and MM7.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation supporting architecture, design, and technology introduction of IMS and Mulit-Media Messaging Service (MMS) Applications; providing Tier 4 support for application platforms, post production care, and assist with troubleshooting of production issues; completing continuous integration and continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering, and development; using Python and Ansible programming languages and utilizing Splunk database analysis toolsets; and working with key wireless industry messaging interface protocols MM1, MM3, MM4, and MM7.
