WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Newton IA plant, you will be responsible for facilitating the development, implementation, and execution of the expedite process for manufacturing. This role will work closely with production supervisors expediting and following urgent orders through the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned.
  • Facilitate set-ups; locate and organize tooling, components and production supplies
  • Track daily output
  • Ability to work well and communicate with various levels within the organization to meet the needs of the department
  • Works closely with Scheduling, Production, and Customer Service departments and staff
  • Data collection and data entry
  • Assist in Shipping/Receiving functions and Inventory Control
  • Develop, implement and ensure the execution of all expediting needs
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position. The employee must have regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. The employee must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime before & after regular hours & shifts, as well as on weekends.
