Provides objective feedback on performance to staff and remote personnel and shares feedback as required.

Maintain and Schedule Sales Orders and Work Orders utilizing advanced planning tools and resources (Capacity Schedule, Established Lead-Times, MRP)

Kanban and inventory level analysis utilizing demand/replenishment data, sales history and sales forecasts to maximize inventory turns.

Identify and maintain economic reorder quantities.

Work with Production Supervisors and Inventory personnel to efficiently schedule material through manufacturing.

Enter work orders to the production floor and keep production calendars updated.

Interface with Sales daily to review order status and expedite requests.

Supports with other requests from management and internal/external partners as needed.

Strong computer skills and some experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred

Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.

Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems.

o Assist with inventory management:

o Maintain all qualification and validation requirements for entering ISO classified area.

o Perform radiation safety duties according to SOFIE’s Corporate Radiation Compliance Program and site licensing requirements.

o Technical experience with computer-controlled automation preferred.

o Perform FDG and NaF synthesis according to SOFIE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

o Ensure all materials/reagents are accepted according to SOPs and within expiry

Effectiveness of relationships with suppliers, management, customers, support organizations, and project team members.

Works with designated Expeditor or other Supply Management project lead regarding implementation and support of expediting programs and procedures.

Assures compliance with Supply Management policies and procedures and brings any non-compliance issues to the attention of management.

Effective execution of company policies and procedures relating to expediting (including but not limited to, safety and ethics).

Timely execution of all necessary clerical and administrative duties necessary to the expediting function.
