This role is within Wealth Management in the Direct Investment Access Program, a new initiative allowing our wealthiest clients to invest directly in private investments. This newly launched program is uniquely positioned to deliver a differentiated deal flow to our clients through our Morgan Stanley at Work team, our alternative investments platform and our investment bank.

The Direct Investment Access Program Product Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert in our suite of Alternative Investment products and the systems that support them. The candidate will be an instrumental member of this newly created team with responsibility for preparing and discussing our offerings with Financial Advisors and their ultra-high net worth clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    QUALIFICATIONS

          Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
