J.p. Morgan Wealth Management - Associate, Online Investing Product

The Self-Directed Investing Product Team is seeking an innovative Product Analyst to help lead agile product development and delivery

JPMWM sits within CCB and is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals. There are four major channels: Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Online Investing, our digital investing platform, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors, our newly built remote advice channel. The business operates in a highly dynamic environment, given the rapid evolution of client behavior, regulatory changes and tight partnership with other CCB businesses.

In this role you will enhance the firm's Self-Directed Investment capabilities for clients including tools to do security research & analysis, place and manage trades, and monitor their positions and portfolios. Collaboration with other business units and engineering product owners, as well as design, tech, and analytics partners, is essential to developing a unified customer experience across all varieties of client needs. For success you will be outcome-focused with a practical orientation to developing and maintaining an innovation lifecycle product roadmap. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, outstanding analytical and research skills, and a passion for digital products.

Job Responsibilities

• Define new product and feature business cases working collaboratively with business, engineering and UX teams to ensure a unified product landscape
• Engage closely with stakeholders to define a roadmap that meets business and consumer needs while meeting critical deadlines and budget constraints
• Help define product initiatives for new features and optimizations of existing ones, incorporate them into product roadmaps
• Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with design, engineering and marketing teams to create new product initiatives
• Create a proposition roadmap from MVP to market leading through a customer centric design focused approach and innovation
• Work closely with business and technology teams in developing a cohesive Self-Directed Investing strategy that delivers the best products for our customers
• Lead the build out of self-directed components of the product roadmap and feature set with focus on ensuring JP Morgan stays on the leading edge of digital capabilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team in a large organization
• Thorough understanding of financial modeling, forecasting and tracking as it relates to product delivery
• 3+ years of investments related product management experience with proven track record of delivery of new products and features
• Demonstrable experience authoring business requirements, defining user stories and leading execution including bringing together cross functional teams within an Agile development framework
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure
• Expertise in defining and building out product roadmap, prioritizing projects according to business need, producing business models
• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills and willingness to ask awkward questions
