Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects: Work on high visibility projects all the way from initial program setup to a business-as-usual state and critical issue remediation in support of the day-to-day operations of the WM Risk organization in partnership with Legal, Compliance and Finance divisions

Risk Analytics and Reporting: Develop strategic and operational presentations for divisional and Firm senior management and sponsor metrics initiatives to increase transparency and quality of risk analytics

Required Skills:

3+ years experience in risk management, financial industry and / or consulting. Knowledge related to risk management and Wealth Management strongly preferred

Strong analytical and excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.

Experience in policy / procedure / document writing

Excellent verbal / written communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience

Proven ability to work across departments to influence others and build strong relationships

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and possess a strong sense of accountability / ownership

Detail-oriented and thorough with strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Outstanding time management skills and sound judgment

Proficiency in all Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
