Job Description

Our client, an award winning wealth management firm based in Midtown is hiring an investment analyst. The right candidate should have a passion for investments and financial planning.

The core responsibilities of the role (but not limited to):

  • Work closely with the firm’s Chief Investment Officer to ensure a first class client experience, work on ad-hoc projects and follow through on process items
  • Triage and follow up with clients to answer account or portfolio questions
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and follow up research
  • Ensure new investment clients are onboarded properly with account openings and initial trades.
  • Ensure rebalancing, other trade orders and distributions are executed properly with direction from the CIO and wealth management advisors
  • Create investment proposals and recommendations for clients
  • Update various reports for the firm around performance, client touchpoints and keep CRM up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Has 3+ years investment industry experience
  • Is highly detail oriented, procedural with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • The candidate should desire to be part of a positive culture on a high performing team.
  • Has investment licenses or a CFA
